While the Darveru royal family is beloved by its own citizens, major protests broke out all across the Imperial Capital when Barien’s Crown Prince was announced to be the next in line to the Imperial throne. Barien is the smallest of the Capital’s kingdoms, and the only one to still maintain a feudal social system and an economy based on the bartering of agricultural products. How could the king of such a poor and backward country rule the Empire?
In order to help his elder brother, Higre left Barien and ventured into the acting industry, where he eventually emerged as a renowned actor, capturing the attention of audiences both within Barien and abroad.
Higre used his fame to engage in relentless promotional campaigns, showcasing the beauty and allure of Barien’s picturesque landscapes, the richness of its fiefs, and the chivalrous conduct of its nobility. His efforts led to a newfound interest in Barien among foreign visitors, marking a significant shift in the kingdom’s visibility and appeal.
Higre himself won the hearts of the people with his kindness, integrity, and humility. His unwavering dedication to the well-being and interests of his family and kingdom dispelled any negative impressions the Imperial citizens had of Barien’s royalty.

Kanzen is the ultimate green thumb, and takes care of all the orchard’s plants. From planting to harvesting, he’s got it all covered. His gardening skills are so extraordinary, he can grow anything.

PS. If you chance upon a patch of struggling plants, that’s Mune’s … ehm, “work in progress”. She’s been recently spotted trying to teach those poor plants a workout routine. Don’t hold it against her, she’s still learning the ropes!
